2.1 Product Range: We specialize in high-quality artificial holiday and seasonal decor. Our collections include Artificial Christmas Trees, Christmas Wreaths, Christmas Ornaments, Christmas Garland, Christmas Candles, Fall Decorations, Halloween Wreaths, and our exclusive “Nearly Natural” line of lifelike botanicals.

2.2 Product Representation: We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, texture, or detail may occur due to screen settings and the handmade or natural-inspired nature of many items. Product dimensions and descriptions are approximate.

2.3 “Nearly Natural” Botanical Products: Due to their delicate, lifelike nature and for hygiene reasons, all sales of items in the Nearly Natural Fall Garlands, Nearly Natural Fall Wreaths, and Nearly Natural Indoor Fall Decorations categories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective upon arrival.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment Terms

3.1 Order Process: Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us after payment has been processed.

3.2 Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

3.3 Payment Methods: We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

3.4 Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or inventory limitations. If your order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Areas: We ship globally, excluding certain remote regions and parts of Asia. The available shipping options will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

4.2 Processing & Delivery Times: Orders are processed and carefully packed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery is 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping (on orders over $50): Shipped via EMS. Estimated delivery is 15-25 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or carrier issues. You will receive a tracking number upon shipment.

4.3 Delivery Responsibility: Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. Our full Shipping & Returns Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Key points include:

5.1 Return Window & Condition: You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused, in original resalable condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

5.2 Process: Initiate a return by emailing [email protected] within the 15-day window to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns shipped without an RMA will not be accepted.

5.3 Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5.4 Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. Please allow 3-10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5.5 Non-Returnable Items: As noted in Section 2.3, all “Nearly Natural” products, used/damaged items, and any product marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 General Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Christmas Gift Shop and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

6.2 Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our site or products shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.
