Our Festive Returns & Exchanges Policy
We pour our heart into curating holiday magic for your home and want every garland, wreath, and ornament to spark joy. However, if something isn’t quite right, our policy is designed to be straightforward, fair, and stress-free.

- Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your item.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original resalable condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Process: Initiate your request via email within the 15-day window.
- Return Shipping: Paid by the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
The Simple Returns & Exchanges Process
- Initiate Your Request
Within 15 days of receipt, email our customer care team at [email protected]. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]” and include:- Order number and receipt date.
- Item name and SKU (if available).
- Reason for return/exchange.
- For exchanges: desired replacement item.
- Your preferred resolution: refund, store credit, or exchange.
- Your full name and contact phone number.
- Receive Instructions
We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return address. Do not ship items back without an RMA. - Package & Ship
Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA email inside the package. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship to the address provided. - Processing & Completion
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund. You will receive an email notification upon completion.
Refunds: Timing & Methods
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
- Refund Method: Funds are returned to the original payment method used (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Notification & Timing: You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued. It may take 3-10 additional business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or provider.
Exchanges: Replacement items are shipped via standard shipping once the return is processed. Any price difference will be charged or refunded.
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns due to change of mind.
Important Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health, safety, and quality of our products for all customers, the following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- All “Nearly Natural” Botanical Products: This includes items from the categories:
- Nearly Natural Fall Garlands
- Nearly Natural Fall Wreaths
- Nearly Natural Indoor Fall Decorations
- Used, Damaged, or Altered Items: Any item not in its original, unused, resalable condition.
- Final Sale Items: Any item explicitly marked “Final Sale” on the product page.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
