Absolutely! Our Nearly Natural line (including Fall Garlands, Fall Wreaths, and Indoor Fall Decorations) is specifically crafted for exceptional realism and durability. We select each item not just for its beauty but for its ability to bring authentic, lasting holiday cheer to your home season after season.

Our artificial décor is designed for easy care. Simply dust gently with a soft cloth or use a hairdryer on a cool, low setting. For pre-lit items, always unplug before cleaning and avoid using liquids. Store decorations in a cool, dry place in their original packaging when not in use to protect their shape and lights.

All orders are lovingly packed and shipped from our warehouse in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA. Order processing takes 1-2 business days before your items are handed to the carrier.

We offer two reliable shipping methods to suit your timeline and budget:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery takes 10-15 business days after shipping. Ideal for Christmas Trees, Wreaths, or when you need items a bit sooner.
• Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders of $50 or more. Shipped via EMS. Delivery takes 15-25 business days after shipping. Perfect for planners getting a head start on their seasonal transformation.

Yes! We are proud to ship globally to help families worldwide create holiday warmth. However, due to carrier restrictions, we are currently unable to ship to a few remote areas and parts of Asia. You can rely on us whether you’re looking for Halloween Wreaths in Europe or Christmas Plants in Australia.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep.

We take great care in packaging your items to ensure safe delivery. In the rare event that an item is damaged upon arrival, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt. We will gladly assist you with a replacement or solution.

Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging. Please contact our customer support team to initiate a return and receive instructions.

For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
